We have started to invest in buying ship since 2009, currently we owns 7 vessels with different types
to support Power plant and Paper plant under Double a(1991) Network,Related Companies and other time we charter out.

Offer opportunity for Superintendent (Vessel)

The Superintendent is concerned with, and represents, the vessels on all aspects of classification society(s) requirements, port states control and third party and/or liability claims adjustment related to mechanical damages, cargo damages, spills and all operational. To ensure that all vessels in fleet are maintained in the standard quality, safety and security ; also in the optimistic budgeting.  He:

The Superintendent is responsible for:
•   Control all work functions in Technical Departments.
•   Monitor a program of vessel technical inspections
•   Monitor operating budgets and reports from ship management outsourcing.
•   Keep up to date on requirements/changes in statutory/class rules/development and other regulations, attend to matters for registration reflagging, selling, buying as per flag requirements
•   Plan and organize periodic visits to vessels. Control conditions of machinery, structural integrity of the ship, safety and navigational equipment, records and report on same. Make suggestions for improvement of shore-based and ship-based procedures.
•   Monitor report to the Chief Executive Officer as per relevant management reports.
•   Control the vessel efficiency and expense, be able to advise the vessel crew and ship management team for improvement
•   Overall review on decisions and follow up of H & M / P & I (non crew) claims.
•   Liaise with principals and/or Underwriters/Salvage Association Surveyors
•   Identify and follow up resolution of actual and potential problem areas in the technical department with a broader industry overview.
•   Monitor information/instructions communication to ship management outsourcing.
•   Report important aspects of ships and departments under his charge to the Chief Executive Officer and apprising him of potential problems/remedies.
•   Over review budget and monitor vessel maintenance, dry-docking and special survey, and suggest all recommendations to the Chief Executive Officer for dry-docking and repairs in close co-operation with owners.
•   Keep Maritime Authorities of flag states of the managed ships informed about all special occurrences of officers/crew and ships.
•   Recommend Industry standards and guidelines where applicable to be taken into account.
•   Execute technical duties in a competent and professional manner

Qualification :
•   Male, 30-45 years old.
•   Degree or Certificate in Merchant Marine Training Center
•   Marine Engineer, Ship naval architect and Structure Certificate
•   Surveyor certificate is a plus
•   Having necessary training certificates for marine engineer
•   Experience from preliminary level of ship engineer up to supervisor and chief engineer, Engineer Superintendent
•   Having experience on vessel operation and maintenance, in-charged on main machinery
