บริษัทจุฑา นาวี ไม่ยอมจ่ายเงิน ลีฟเปย์ ให้กับคนเรือที่ลีฟมาจำนวนหลายสิบคน คิดรวมเป็นเงินแล้วก็ประมาณหลักหลายล้านบาท บางคนมีพวกข้างในกลับมาไม่ถึงเดือนก็ได้รับลีฟเปย์แล้ว   ส่วนพวกที่ยังไม่ได้รับ กลับมา3-7เดือนทวงถามไปก็ไม่มีคำตอบว่าเมื่อไร หลายคนทนไม่ไหวก็ต้องออกไปหางานใหม่ ทั้งๆเงินลีฟเปย์ก็หักจากเงินเดือนของคนเรือ ทำไมถึงยังไม่ยอมจ่ายคืนซักที หรือว่าบริษัทกำลังมีปัญหาเรื่องเงิน เอาเงินลีฟเปย์ไปหมุนจ่ายเป็นเงินเดือนคนเรือ แล้วก็มีหลายคนที่กำลังจะฟ้องร้องที่กรมแรงงาน ท่านใดประสพกับปัญหาเดียวกันนี้กรุณาแสดงความคิดเห็นมาด้วยครับ.
