ปริญญาตรี หรือเทียบเท่า (สาขา : วิทยาการเดินเรือ วิศวกรรมเครื่องกลเรือ หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง)
มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในระบบอย่างน้อย 5 ปี
ผ่านการทำงานของระบบ ISO 9001/2015 หรือ TMSA
เคยเป็นผู้ตรวจประเมินระบบ (อย่างน้อย 1 ปี)
มีประสบการณ์ในระดับหัวหน้าส่วนงาน ไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ปี หรือ ระดับบังคับหัวหน้าส่วนงานบนเรือ ไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี
มีประสบการณ์ในการรับตรวจประเมินจากสถาบันหน่วยงานนอกประเทศ เช่น ตรวจประเมิน ISO, TMSA
ผ่านการอบรมการเป็นผู้ตรวจประเมินของสถาบันที่ได้รับการรับรอง
มีความรู้ในระบบ ISO 9001/2015 และ SMS เป็นอย่างดี
รายละเอียดงาน
1. ช่วยงานตามที่ DPA มอบหมาย และขึ้นตรงต่อ DPA
2. ควบคุมระบบเอกสารการจัดการทั้งหมด รวมทั้งดำเนินการแก้ไข, แจกจ่าย, ยกเลิก, เก็บหรือทบทวนระบบเอกสาร "การควบคุมและแก้ไขเอกสาร" ตามที่ DPA มอบหมาย
3. ตรวจสอบ และติดตามการรายงานสิ่งผิดปกติไปจากระบบ SMS รวมทั้งการแก้ไขตรวจติดตาม จัดทำรายงานสรุปแนวทางการป้องกัน ตรวจติดตามจนสัมฤทธิผล
4. ตรวจสอบระเบียบ ข้อบังคับ กฎหมายต่างๆ และการดำเนินการให้ทันสมัย เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานสากล และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
5. วางแผนและดำเนินการตรวจเยี่ยมเรือ และสำนักงานสาขา
6. ตรวจประเมินระบบการบริหารจัดการภายใน (พนักงานสำนักงาน พนักงานขับรถ พนักงานเรือ และผู้รับเหมา(กรณีถูกร้องขอ)ให้ปฎิบัติตามระบบการบริหารจัดการที่กำหนดไว้
7. ตรวจติดตามรักษาระบบการบริหารจัดการของบริษัทให้ได้รับการรับรองตามมาตราฐานใบรับรองของระบบ ISO 9001/2015 และ DOC
8. ช่วยงานด้านการฝึกอบรมพนักงานให้เข้าใจในระบบ SMS ของบริษัทฯ
9. จัดทำระบบการเตือนเพื่อให้มีการประชุมทบทวนระบบบริหารจัดการตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
10. จัดทำบันทึกการประชุมประจำไตรมาส และการประชุมต่างๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

มีประสบการณ์ในระดับหัวหน้าส่วนงาน ไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ปี หรือ ระดับบังคับหัวหน้าส่วนงานบนเรือ ไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี
มีประสบการณ์ในการรับตรวจประเมินจากสถาบันหน่วยงานนอกประเทศ เช่น ตรวจประเมิน ISO, TMSA
ผ่านการอบรมการเป็นผู้ตรวจประเมินของสถาบันที่ได้รับการรับรอง
มีความรู้ในระบบ ISO 9001/2015 และ SMS เป็นอย่างดี
รายละเอียดงาน
1. ช่วยงานตามที่ DPA มอบหมาย และขึ้นตรงต่อ DPA
2. ควบคุมระบบเอกสารการจัดการทั้งหมด รวมทั้งดำเนินการแก้ไข, แจกจ่าย, ยกเลิก, เก็บหรือทบทวนระบบเอกสาร "การควบคุมและแก้ไขเอกสาร" ตามที่ DPA มอบหมาย
3. ตรวจสอบ และติดตามการรายงานสิ่งผิดปกติไปจากระบบ SMS รวมทั้งการแก้ไขตรวจติดตาม จัดทำรายงานสรุปแนวทางการป้องกัน ตรวจติดตามจนสัมฤทธิผล
4. ตรวจสอบระเบียบ ข้อบังคับ กฎหมายต่างๆ และการดำเนินการให้ทันสมัย เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานสากล และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
5. วางแผนและดำเนินการตรวจเยี่ยมเรือ และสำนักงานสาขา
6. ตรวจประเมินระบบการบริหารจัดการภายใน (พนักงานสำนักงาน พนักงานขับรถ พนักงานเรือ และผู้รับเหมา(กรณีถูกร้องขอ)ให้ปฎิบัติตามระบบการบริหารจัดการที่กำหนดไว้
7. ตรวจติดตามรักษาระบบการบริหารจัดการของบริษัทให้ได้รับการรับรองตามมาตราฐานใบรับรองของระบบ ISO 9001/2015 และ DOC
8. ช่วยงานด้านการฝึกอบรมพนักงานให้เข้าใจในระบบ SMS ของบริษัทฯ
9. จัดทำระบบการเตือนเพื่อให้มีการประชุมทบทวนระบบบริหารจัดการตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
10. จัดทำบันทึกการประชุมประจำไตรมาส และการประชุมต่างๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ :
1. ตรวจสอบสภาพเรือก่อนนำเรือขึ้นซ่อมบนอู่
2. ตรวจสอบรายการซ่อมของเรือที่จะเกิดขึ้น เพื่อประเมินงานตอนนำเรือขึ้นซ่อมบนอู่
3. ประสานงานกับวิศวกรของอู่เรื่องการซ่อมเรือเพื่อให้เจ้าหน้าที่ของอู่ประเมินราคาก่อนนำเรือขึ้นซ่อมทำบนอู่
4. กำหนดขอบเขตเวลาในการซ่อมทำเรือที่นำเข้าซ่อม
5. ดูแลค่าใช้จ่ายของเรือที่นำเข้าซ่อม
6. ประสานงานกับวิศวกรของอู่ในการซ่อมทำเรือ และดูแลความเรียบร้อยของงานซ่อมทำหลังจากซ่อมเสร็จ
7. งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
