Sr. E&I Technician
•   Maintenance work on FSO
•   Perform routine preventative maintenance, trouble shooting, inspections, repairs and overhauls on all FSO equipment associated with electrical and instrumentation e.g. power generations, switch gears, circuit breakers, UPS systems, motor controls, electric motors, pneumatic controls, electronic controls, DCS, fire and gas system, crude metering system, hydraulic control valves, radio and other communications system, galley and laundry equipment, etc.
•   Testing of Critical Device Function
•   Assist in Bunkering / Boat moorings

•   Must have electrical/instrument certificate from recognize technical school/institution

Sr. Maintenance Technician
•   Maintenance work on FSO.
•   Development & planning of the implementation of the computerized planned maintenance system.
•   Implementation of Company Safety Management System
•   Deputise for Maintenance Supervisor in implementing & compliance to work procedures, work plan, controls & management initiatives.
•   Deputise for Maintenance Supervisor in managing overall maintenance personnel, performance & development
•   Bunkering / Boat moorings
•   Minimum 3 years experience in Crude Oil Tanker of FSO/SPSO
•   2 years on steam turbine vessels and services as Second Engineer
•   Fuel gas boiler firing experience highly desirable.
•   Knowledge in CMMS system 
•   Minimum Class 1 Certificate of Competency or has sailed as 2nd Engineer for at least 1 year on board tankers or FSO / FPSO
•   Good communication in both Thai and English
•   Leadership skill

[Qualifications:]

Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and work closely with relevant functional groups both internal and external to optimize Logistics and Shore Base efficiency.
- Conduct daily contractor morning meeting to review and communicate the daily marine vessel movement and future plan to maximize cargo operation and optimize marine logistics utilization.
- Provide general supervision and direction to various sub-groups in carrying out their daily activities in the most effective manner and objectives are met at all times.
- Foster teamwork, productive effort and continuous improvement suggestions both within group supervised, co-worker or peers and cross-functionally in pursuit of SCM Thailand business plan and objective goals.
- Liaise regularly with various materials coordinators both internal and contractors and vendors to maximize productive works.
- Collaboration with relevant personnel to ensure all materials supplies and equipment required at offshore are ordered and shipped in a cost effective/efficient manner.
- Effective planning and coordinating with dock and transportation section, various materials coordinators and contractors to ensure all planned cargoes are loaded in a timely manner as scheduled.
- Oversees and coordinates with materials management section, service companies and vessel masters on vessel loading and unloading plan included compilation and execution of load-list and load plans on a daily basis.
- Work closely with Offshore Marine Control, Dock Transportation Supervisor and Materials Coordinator in scheduling and managing the daily vessel movement to ensure the vessel port calls are in line with materials requirement in order to optimize vessel turn-around time and reduce potential wasted time.
- Review, screen and approve as required all documents pertaining to facility maintenance, dock & transportation, and radio room, CCTV operations including security service order, materials requisitions, time sheet, contract requisition, invoices, etc in the absent of Shorebase Manager.
- Prepare, manage and monitor operating budget for Shore Base operations as assigned.
- Create safe work environment and work conditions at all facilities operated by Shore Base through OEMS and Managing Safe Work Practices.
- support Songkhla Shorebase Manager and subordinates.
- Set short and long term projects in relation to continuous improvement of facility maintenance and dock & jetty operations.
- Be responsible for staff development, training, work scheduling, performance management process, and make recommendations for promotion and safety welfare.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administrative or any Engineering fields.
- Minimum 10 years experiences in Supply Base relates oil field business.
- Good English communication with TOEIC score of 800 points.
- Know the Drilling, Completion, Marine and Logistics Supply Base operations.

1. Engine Room (offshore) 1 Position ตำแหน่งนี้จะมีหน้าที่ในการซ่อมบำรุง รักษาเครื่องจักรและเครื่องมือในห้องเครื่องของเรือให้สามารถพร้อมใช้งานได้เสมอ รายยละเอียดงานมีดังนี้

• • Assist Marine Maintenance Technician on operation of Cargo oil & ballast Pump, IG system and Boiler feed water system, Fresh water generator , turbine generator etc.

  • Competence to perform chipping and painting.
  • Knowledgeable of waste management in Engine room.
  • Maintain Level condition of oil tanks, bilge tanks cofferdam, fresh water tanks, sewage tanks and special requirement for use or disposal of the contents thereof. 
  • Maintain condition of the bilges with respect to water level and contamination for environment protection and operation on the environment are within acceptable limits.
  • Maintain a machinery space ORDC and identify abnormal condition  (check -Maintenance by Marine Maintenance Tech)
  • Carry out activities to ensure the safe and efficient functioning of all aspects of operational equipment in engine room.
  • Maintain high standard of good house keeping and tidy around the engine room and work shop
  • Undertake engine room machinery maintenance and repair under direction of the Marine Maintenance Supervisor
  • Competent to identify (abnormal condition) and trouble shoot on equipment failure.
  • Member of emergency response team.
  • Competence to line up and start Fire Water Pump, Deluge Pump, etc.

Job Descriptions

1) Act as marine advisor and responsible for:
•   Conducting on-hire, off-hire and coordinate on annual audits of all vessels as per Offshore Vessel Inspection Database (OVID) requirements including follow up and close out of observations.
•   Conduct suitability inspections for all type of offshore vessels directly charter by Supply Chain Management  (SCM) Department
•   Conducting quarterly visit to all vessels focusing on reinforcing Safety Culture, Operational Excellence, promote/conduct BBS observation, promote tenets of operations, safety equipment inspection, conduct random fuel check, and witness fire and emergency drills.
•   Conducting annual HESM safety audit on all vessels.
•   Keep current and enforce marine safety standard and implement any changes in regulatory compliance for marine vessels.

2) Responsible for marine crews safety orientation and training focusing on HES standards and requirements in support of Operational Excellence in all aspects of marine logistics operations consistent with management processes including:
•   Safety training, Hazob and Near Miss, Incident Investigation and reporting, emergency preparedness and response, and spill reporting and response.
•   Deployment of BBS program.  Monitor and track safety performance.
•   Deployment of Marine SOP's,  Marine Safety Notice (MSN),  Marine Safety Flash

3) Monitor and track BBS, Hazob, and Near Miss reporting and follow up actions till closed out. 

4) Act as HES expert for logistics marine incidents investigation, lead IIR, root cause analysis, corrective action and preventive action plan.

5) Daily monitoring of vessel performance to insure safety, environment, regulatory issues are monitored, brought up and addressed. 

6) Provide feedback and recommendation to marine logistics team and  category manager on vessels service quality issues.

7) Responsible for inspection and certification program including repairs of company owned marine equipment for supporting rig moves and vessels and barge anchoring.

Other duties as assigned by  Marine Manager.

Required Qualifications
•   Be a Master Mariner (at least 2 years in command) or Classification (IACS)Surveyor (at least 4 years experience)
•   Experience working with Oil & Gas industry and Offshore operations is preferred
•   Good technical knowledge of AHTS, PSV and Crew boats and sound technical knowledge on marine offshore business
•   Good English communication skill. TOEIC Score at least 750 or above
•   Be able to frequent travel to Sattahip, Songkhla and Offshore Locations

- Maintain and ensure the accuracy of training database, including updating the database. Maintain trace system for document and action items. Follow-up with others to ensure that deadlines are met and necessary approvals are obtained.

2. Technical Assitant
ลักษณะงาน : สัญญาจ้าง 1 ปี
สถานที่ทำงาน : สงขลา
- Arrange transportation and forwarding services for all orders to ensure material is delivered as per schedule.
- Expedite all critical orders with local subcontractor or inter-department.
- Prepare of goods/materials for transport to leave site. Material requirements are prioritized and scheduled into the logistics load plan.
- Monitor deliveries, ensure customer satisfaction and maintaining accurate logs of all transportation and Material Movement.
- Conduct a transactional process from Completion Shop to Offshore customer' distribution under managerial supervision, making routine decisions using pre-determined decision alternatives on matters that have light to moderate impact on business operations.
- Stage goods for collection of direct charge items.
- Issue of inventory as per maintenance work orders.
- Regular housekeeping of Completion Shop facilities with Completion Disposal Process (3+3+6)
- Ensure that any quarantine, dangerous goods handling and shipping is carried out safely and in accordance with relevant regulations.
- Complete, file and retain of appropriate documentation reflecting Material Movements.

• 10 years accommodation, Anchor Handling Vessel or other type of trading vessel experience, appointed on board of which at least three years as Company representative, Chief Officer or Master.

• Prefer a valid Class One Master Mariner or Chief Engineer STCW Certificate issued by either home country authority or a leading maritime authority of another country where schooling was obtained
