Qualification:
- holding valid STCW certificates of competency of CHIEF MATE or higher + V/1 endorsement
- holding all minimum STCW training certificates as required for the position
- at least 2-3 years experience in Chief Officer position on big oil tankers or on FSO
- Good English skills in writing, reading, listening and speaking
- leadership and management skill
- can work very well in high pressure with multi-national crew
- Good attitude, honest and active
