Omni Offshore has an opening of Chief Cook to work on FSO in the Gulf of Thailand
Qualification:
- holding valid STCW2010 certificates for basic safety training, Security Awareness, and also course in Food Handling issued by Department of Skill Development
- holding Ship's Cook Certificate of Proficiency issued by Marine Department Thailand
- having at least 5 years experienced as Chief Cook on vessels, offshore units, or as Chef in hotels or restaurants
- Good cooking skills (Thai & Western Food), if having bakery skill will be advantageous
- having good knowledge and skill in food provision management, menu planning, cost control.
- hard working and service-minded
- Good health
- able to communicate in English (English interview is required)
Working rotation: 28 days on / 28 days off
