** Job Description**

- Develop the Maritime Personnel department policy/ procedures to ensure the correct and consistent implementation of organization policies and procedures, legal compliance and alignment with market best practices
- Design, manage and review the recruitment and selection process, sourcing plans and approve in total remuneration in order to fill vacancies according to defined manpower requirements

Job Description

1. Develop , review and implement quality control & safety policy and procedure to ensure the overall operations meet the requirement of the company and compliance to the mandatory requirement and safety customer expectation

2. Supervise and monitor related activities to ensure to obtain of class certification and maintain the quality assurance system in the company

3. Assure management's initiative to take the necessary actions to raise employee awareness of risk and to reduce, avoid and protect employee from accident and occupational illness in the workplace

4. Performs other tasks as management assigned


Qualification

1. Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marine engineering or related field

2. At least 5 year experiences in Mariner engineering

3. Good interpersonal  planning, presentation skill

4. Good command in English

5. Computer literacy

6. Experience in quality & safety system in standard SIRE & THAIREC is a plus
