Omni Offshore has an opening of SECOND COOK / ASST. COOK to work on FSO in the Gulf of Thailand
Qualification:
- holding valid STCW2010 certificates for basic safety training, Security Awareness, and also course in Food Handling issued by Department of Skill Development
- holding Ship's Cook Certificate of Proficiency issued by Marine Department Thailand
- having at least 2-3 years experienced as Cook or Asst. Cook on vessels, offshore units, or as Chef in hotels or restaurants
- Good cooking skills (Thai or Western Food, or both) If having bakery skill will be advantageous
- having good knowledge and skill in food provision management, menu planning, cost control.
- hard working and service-minded
- Excellent health
- able to communicate in English (English interview is required)
Working rotation: 28 days on / 28 days off
