Job Descriptions
1) Act as marine advisor and responsible for:
- Conducting on-hire, off-hire and coordinate on annual audits of all vessels as per Offshore Vessel Inspection Database (OVID) requirements including follow up and close out of observations.
- Conduct suitability inspections for all type of offshore vessels directly charter by Supply Chain Management  (SCM) Department
- Conducting quarterly visit to all vessels focusing on reinforcing Chevron Safety Culture, Operational Excellence, promote/conduct BBS observation, promote tenets of operations, safety equipment inspection, conduct random fuel check, and witness fire and emergency drills.
- Conducting annual CHESM safety audit on all vessels.
- Keep current and enforce marine safety standard and implement any changes in regulatory compliance for marine vessels.
2) Responsible for marine crews safety orientation and training focusing on HES standards and requirements in support of Operational Excellence in all aspects of marine logistics operations consistent with Chevron management processes including:
- Safety training, Hazob and Near Miss, Incident Investigation and reporting, emergency preparedness and response, and spill reporting and response.
- Deployment of BBS program.  Monitor and track safety performance.
- Deployment of Marine SOP's,  Marine Safety Notice (MSN),  Marine Safety Flash
3) Monitor and track BBS, Hazob, and Near Miss reporting and follow up actions till closed out. 
4) Act as HES expert for logistics marine incidents investigation, lead IIR, root cause analysis, corrective action and preventive action plan.
5) Daily monitoring of vessel performance to insure safety, environment, regulatory issues are monitored, brought up and addressed. 
6) Provide feedback and recommendation to marine logistics team and  category manager on vessels service quality issues.
7) Responsible for inspection and certification program including repairs of company owned marine equipment for supporting rig moves and vessels and barge anchoring.
Other duties as assigned by  Marine Manager.

Required Qualifications:
- Be a Master Mariner (at least 2 years in command) or Classification (IACS)Surveyor (at least 4 years experience)
- Experience working with Oil & Gas industry and Offshore operations is preferred
- Good technical knowledge of AHTS, PSV and Crew boats and sound technical knowledge on marine offshore business
- Good English communication skill. TOEIC Score at least 750 or above
- Be able to frequent travel to Sattahip, Songkhla and CTEP Offshore Locations

-----คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร---
- 3 Years Technical school or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience on crane operation
- Good command of written and spoken English (TOEIC = 150 or TEPPI = 30)

---หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ---
- Make dynamic lift from/to the boat with auxiliary hoist and main hoist below 4 tons in calm sea condition.
- Able to identify and know function of main components on all cranes and perform the upkeep and general maintenance of the cranes on the main and support facilities with the highest emphasis on safety.
- Able to read crane load chart
- Have basic understanding of all crane safe work practices to avoid dangerous situations, such as, overloading, excessive swing, sudden drops/lifts, obstruction of crane movement, etc.
- Have good knowledge in basic rigging practices. Conduct safe & simple lifting plan. Carry out daily inspection of cranes and related equipment; noting any maintenance required and ensuring it is carried out.
- Understand construction / type of wire rope. Perform wire rope lubrication.
- Under supervision, perform visual inspection & color coding of portable lifting equipment. Understand PLE marking & identification system, fitting of tag lines, inspection of personnel baskets.
- Change swing ropes on all platforms.
- Operate air compressor, generator on wellhead platforms.
- Have basic computer skills.
- Handling cargo movement
- Perform and lead (under supervision) maintenance helpers in performing good housekeeping in all areas on the platforms.
- Perform and lead (under supervision) maintenance helpers in performing HLO, scaffolding, rigging and painting as assigned by supervisor.

Job Responsibilities

•   Operate communication equipment e.g. Radio, Fax machine, Computer and any other communication equipment at offshore facilities.
•   Maintain communications access with the company's network stations, field support vessels and air traffic control. Monitor standby radio channels and coordinate communications in the event of emergency conditions.
•   Conduct the flight watching of each of aircraft's position and movement of marine vessel and report to all concern.
•   Coordinate with Marine Controller and Air Transport Controller in regards to loading/offloading of field materials and persons.
•   Must be complied with the company policy and all related regulations.
•   Assume the duties of the telephone operator to ensure communication between owe location and other locations are maintained at all times.
•   Communicate with other radio operators at offshore and onshore radio stations, vessels, and helicopter pilots, Personnel Movement Coordinator (PMC), Flight Dispatcher and other logistics personnel and monitor helicopter movements (flight watcher) as well as coordinate the dispatching of cargo and personnel to and from his assigned offshore platforms.
•   Maintain facility POB Tracking, generate morning report, and monitor PLQ master Fire Panel, managing T-CARD and room assignment.
•   Carry out task as may be assigned by his supervisor relevant to his areas of training and job experience and related to the company's operations.
•   Organize and control the use of field vessels in carrying out work on the CPP
•   Work as a team and contribute to the team success.
•   Maintain good housekeeping in the work place.

Completion Engineer

Job Descriptions and Responsibilities :
-   Planning and operations input as well as execution mainly for well interventions, well servicing and rig-less plug and abandonment, and some work over/re-completion offshore in the Gulf Thailand.

Qualifications :
-   Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering ( Petroleum, Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical)
-   Have 6-10 years experience in oil & gas industries
-   Ability to work in offshore environment (traveling by crew boat and staying at the remote wellhead platform)
-   Good command Of written & spoken English

Qualifications
