Technical Superintendent   (Sattahip Base)

[b]Duties and Responsibilities:
[/b]•   Responsible for smooth and effective safe operation of owned, managed, and third party Crewboats
•   Ensure that all Technical/Operations and regulatory obligations are fully complied with
•   Handle all technical & related vessel adminsitration
•   Ensure smooth & effective crewboats and OSV operation in the Thailand Region
•   Liaise with all authorities in Thailand

Qualifications:
•   Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Marine Engineer or related fields
•   At least 5 years of experience as Chief Engineer with First Class Chief Engineer Certificate 
•   Good understanding of Class Survey Procedures
•   Good interpersonal & communication skills
•   Able to handle pressure with tight deadline

Electrical Engineer  (Songkhla Base)

Duties and Responsibilities:
•   Ensure safe installation, overhauling and repair of electrical works onboard offshore
•   Carry out electrical rectification onboard
•   Hopping around offshore fields as supermeneray in order to rectify technical/operation activities in delivering safe, timely and efficient operations on two weeks on, one week off basis
•   Assist the Shipboard Captain, and vessel C/E for the smooth and effective safe operation and ensuring that all technical and regulatory obligations are fully complied
•   Carry out electrical issue inspection onboard at offshore fields
•   Follow up plan maintenance and preventive, corrective maintenance

Qualifications:
•   Diploma or higher in Electrical or related fields
•   Minimum  4 years experience in Electrical areas in marine/offshore or oil & gas industry
•   Good interpersonal and communication skills
•   High mobility to move around
•   Able to work with odd hours and cope with the deadlines
•   English proficiency

•   Attend / Co-ordinate with vessel on/off hire surveys as and when required
•   Attend to vessel port clearances as and when required
•   Attend to vessels on arrival, departure and the period in between
•   Liaising with Port Authorities pertaining to vessels arrival, stay and departure
•   Ensures that latest Notices to Mariners are sent to the vessel in a timely manner
•   Provide charts and pilot books at Masters' request, and ensures that navigational and radio publications are sent to the vessel in a timely manner
•   Ensure that the Manuals, Books and Record Books, are sent to the ship in a timely manner
•   Ensure all documentation (certifications are up to date, Marine notices, Marine circulars, Safety circulars, Safety Flash, Notice to Marines,
        Weather report updates {if any}, control are updated both in Songkhla and Sattahip operations offices.

Qualifications:

•   Bachelor's degree or higher in Nautical Studies / Engineering.
•   Working experience as Master Mariner with at least one (1) in Command of vessels is preferable.
•   Preferably possess offshore vessel documentation experience
•   Over 5 years of experience in ship operations related matters
•   Experience in the Oil & Gas Offshore vessel is an advantage
•   Good communication and interpersonal skills
•   Fluent in both written and spoken in English
•   Working location:  Songkhla

•   Responsible to plan, promote and implement HSQE activities
•   Periodically scheduling and conducting office  and vessel HSQE inspections in all aspect required by  industry standard and the clients standard and improve the non-conformance findings to prevent the incident.
•   Provide advice to the HSQE Manager on items of a critical nature requiring management intervention and communicate best HSQE practice and lessons learnt to  personnel.
•   Ensures that HSQE issues that are reported are followed up and corrective actions are implemented

Operation Superintendent

Duties and Responsibilities:
1.   Assist Operations Manager in charge al all daily operations of the vessel regarding nautical matters and ship performance

11.   Apply for pilotage, port clearance, import- and export permits, crew visas, customs manifests, transit of persons and materials to and from vessels, tug assistance, government permits, etc.
12.   Attendance at government-offices, all Flag state and Port state legislation when necessary
13.   Co-ordinate with Master on inspection by Flag or Port State control
14.   Co-ordinate with Master for Clarification surveys
15.   Co-ordinate with Master for Client's vessel suitability survey
16.   Liaise with sub contractors hired by clients, if any


Qualifications:
•   Bachelor's degree or higher in Nautical Studies / Engineering.
•   Working experience as Master Mariner with at least one (1) in Command of vessels is preferable.
•   Preferably possess offshore vessel documentation experience
•   Over 2 years of experience in ship operations related matters
•   Experience in the Oil & Gas Offshore vessel is an advantage
•   Good communication and interpersonal skills
•   Fluent in both written and spoken in English

Workshop & Store Manager

Duties & responsibilities:

•   Organising, co-ordinating and delegating technical, procurement, store/spares housing keeping and operational tasks within the company
•   Preparing the monthly inventory list for head office
•   Assist the Port Superintendent in vessel maintenance, repairs and engine overhauls
•   Assist in reviewing the financial traffic relating to other parties including the budgets allocated to managed vessels and monitoring the extent of business with major suppliers to achieve optimum cost control
•   Ensure that the company warehouse and vessels stores/spares are maintained in the best manner to the extent owners' funds allow
•   Assist the Port Superintendent to determine repair specifications for dry-docking, maintenance and surveys together with the most economical method to complete these
•   Ensure proper up to date records are prepared for the good housekeeping of the workshop/warehouse stores/spares
•   Assist in sourcing, identify and purchase the most economical technical and operating supplies required and within the authorities stated

Qualifications:   
   
•   Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Marine Engineer or related fields
•   At least 10 years of marine experience as Chief Engineer, plus onshore working background in maintenance & inventory management
•   Good problem solving skill and interpersonal/communication skills
•   English proficiency
•   PC literacy
