Scope of works / Offshore Description 

•   The offshore manager is responsible for defining and executing and effective and efficient model and process for utilizing offshore resources on commercial and enterprise CEC Project / Songkhla and TMS business. 
•   Works with CEC ( Chartering ) ,Khunnathee Co.,Ltd ( Ship's Owner/ FSO ) ,TMS owner, Thai-oil are with good cooperation relate to CEC operation are requirement and concern to DMF, if any
•   Serves as the ley liaison between the CEC, Khunnathee Co.,Ltd , TMS and Thai-oil delivery organizations.
•   Works with Khunnathee Co.,ltd, TMS and Thai-oil to ensure any requirement the appropriate blend of onshore / offshore resources depending on specific project needs.
•   Responsible for enabling teaming between onshore and offshore teams, relate to CEC operation and (FSO) Floating storage tanker required and PTTEP required.
•   Works with CEC operation manager to define information and deliverable handoff process and trading tanker.
•   Must understand offshore resources skillsets , experience ,availability to ensure appropriate fit with CEC project assignment or requirement
•   Cooperate with all vender are concern to offshore to ensure that they are providing services safely.
•   Assistant to all technical superintendent in position administration required (2)
•   The document filling and update in field of technical required (2)

Requirements:

•   Bachelor degree in marine engineering and offshore business
•   Good knowledge in maritime offshore, shipping, logistic business 
•   At least 2 years work experience in maritime services, tanker or, crew boat and offshore operation if preferable.
•   At least 1 year work experience in chief engineer or 2 years in second engineer or 3 years in third engineer.
•   Able to work under pressure and flexible working time.
•   Good English communication and MS office
•   Good works attitude and team spirit

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Organize, with the help of the workshop supervisor, the daily maintenance (maintenance days) according to the PMS requirements and following the maintenance schedule
2. Prepare two months in advance planning with "Visual planning" in close cooperation with the operation department
3. Assist the technical team for unplanned maintenance periods (to fix breakdowns)
4. Issue the technical weekly report and submit the annual forecast technical budget to the Technical Management.
5. Liaise with Major Oil Operators representatives and ensure smooth and efficient communication through daily and monthly reports for failure or maintenance requirements
6. Monitor and control the fleet budget and inform monthly his line management of discrepancies with cost control figures when available.
7. Cooperate with the regional service manager of the surfers manufacturer to analyse the spare parts stock, issue the minimum levels and re order levels
8. Organize the leaving period of crew boats yard maintenance staff
9. Ensure that appraisals of the technical team are done on a regular basis.
10. Manage the workshop supervisor and mechanics team
11. Ensure compliance with company safety and quality policy

SKILLS

• Marine Engineering Degree or a Mechanical Engineering degree.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience is required in the same field
• Familiar with Aluminium crew boat is a must
• Familiarity with OCIMF/OVID/ IMCA mandatory
• Good management skills, good inter personnel skills, high adaptation skills
• English skills
