Salary range: THB 40,000 - 60,000

Role & Responsibility
•   Responsible for daily operation management, efficient and timely problem solving, and operation process engineering/ re-engineering.
•   Lead new project implementation and effectively monitor post-implementation result based on the set KPIs.
•   Manage operation profit & loss of projects.
•   Analyse operation financial outcome, manage project revenue/ expenditure and ensure the set target is actively adhered to and achieved.
•   Develop strong relationship and good collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders
•   Efficiently drive continuous cost saving initiatives and business development/improvement in warehouse and distribution business. Lead the team in plan execution and result monitoring
•   Provide effective support to the warehouse operations, includes (but not limit to) financial reports administration, document administration, AP/AR and other general issues.
•   Review and evaluate progress against service delivery (KPI's) targets.
•   Responsible for team management and human resource development.

Qualifications
•   Thai Nationality, Bachelor's Degree in related field or higher
•   Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics and warehouse management.
•   Experienced in managing "Warehouse Management System (WMS)" and Project Management is considered an advantage
•   Ability to travel and work in operation site/ outdoor environment.
•   Strong in analytical and problem solving techniques
•   Excellent communication skill with an ability to work under pressure
•   Excellence command in both spoken and written English
•   Can work at Laemchabang, Chonburi

[Position:Trade Lane Manager]

Position:Trade Lane Manager

Salary range: THB 80,000 - 100,000
Location: Bangkok

Role & Responsibility
•   Provide direction, knowledge and tools that are sufficient to facilitate the persuasive promotion at point of sale.
•   Accountable for the local strategy and campaign development.
•   Control the delivery of budgets and targets from volume and CM1 perspectives.
•   Ensure that Sales Leads are generated to culminate in a robust pipeline of opportunities to be identified, pursued and secured for each Focus Trade Lane, at both local and Network Paired locations, in line with agreed target levels of New and Additional business development.
•   Ensure that Trade Lane opportunities and existing customer trading is aligned to local and regional strategy, standards and metrics.
•   Collaborate with Product and Carrier Management / Procurement teams both locally and in network paired locations through timely feedback of customer, market and competitor intelligence.
•   Responsible for providing a point of escalation for focus trade Lanes.

Qualifications
•   Thai Nationality
•   Background in logistics network collaborative selling approaches, with a proven track record in Trade Lane Management.
•   Understands international forwarding and supply chain business trends and purchasing drivers.
•   Commercially and customer solution focused with seasoned point of sale skills.
•   Strong track record of Stakeholder Management within a matrix structure.
•   Able to work on own initiative.
•   Numerical and analytical skills
•   Fluent in both spoken and written English.

[Area Ocean Manager, Thailand/Myanmar]

Area Ocean Manager, Thailand/Myanmar

Salary range: THB 80,000 - 130,000 
Location: Bangkok
Type of Business:  the world's leading freight forward and supply chain management services

Role & Responsibility
•   Manage and drive ocean forwarding product growth through leadership and guidance.
•   Ensure alignment and development in Ocean product and operational activities across the area (Thailand and Myanmar).
•   Lead and support local carrier managers in the liaison and the procurement activities.
•   Identify area's market trends, potential and customer needs, expand and explore new market opportunities.
•   Support the packaging and the communication of the Ocean freight product offering across the area.
•   Act as technical resource for the area and actively engage with existing and new customers for their continuous support.
•   Give functional guidance and expertise to support the local operations teams.
•   Drive optimization of margin and volume mix within the area through product and commercial initiatives rolled out from Regional Ocean Product.
•   Drive and manage KPI programs internally within the area to drive corporate efficiencies, reduce overall operations cost.
•   Drive development of products in close cooperation with Area/Regional Ocean Product/overseas network and facilitate trade lane development as per overall strategy.
•   Cooperate closely with global carrier management team/LCMs and drive implementation of carrier management strategy across region.
•   Ensure relevant governance and compliance within the area in accordance with standards.

Qualifications
•   Thai Nationality
•   5 years of experience in NVOCC, Freight Forwarding, Ocean forwarding, with part of the experience focusing on operations and/or customer service.
•   Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
•   Team player with proven ability to work under pressure.
•   Ability to balance operational priorities with commercial imperatives.
•   Strong drive, initiative and engagement – ability to work self-directed and well organised.
•   Good speaking and writing English communication skills.
