Omni Offshore has an opening for the position of SHIP ADMIN ASSISTANT to work onboard Petroleum Storage Tanker in the gulf of Thailand.

Qualifications:
- at least 2-3 years experience in the position of offshore CAMPBOSS, Head of Catering Department, or F&B manager
- Good command of English speaking, listening, writing, and reading.
- Good computer literacy in MS word, Excel and others.
- if holding Basic Offshore Safety Training certificate will be advantageous but not a must.
- Good leadership
- can well work well under pressure
- service-minded
- fast learner

Job Description of Ship Admin Assistant (SAA)
1.   The SAA is responsible to the Master for upholding the Company's Policies & implementing the Company's procedures by carrying out the tasks assigned to him and also .
2.   Shall assist the Master in preparing and forwarding the vessel's Monthly Accounts, Reports and official mails, crew documentations
3.   He shall be responsible for the upkeep of the cabin stores, provisions stores, galley and preparation of the daily menu. 
4.   Ensuring all cabins onboard are maintained clean at all times.
5.   Ensuring all catering staff wears clean protective clothing when handling food & preparing meals.
6.   Ensuring provision requisitions are raised timely.
7.   Ensuring provision stores, galley, mess rooms are maintained at the highest standard of hygiene, free of cockroach infestation.
8.   Cost optimisation for daily provision costs ( victualing)
9.   He should perform duties safely and in compliance with Company's HSEQ Policy

work rotation: 28 days on / 28 days off
