** Job Description**

- Develop the Maritime Personnel department policy/ procedures to ensure the correct and consistent implementation of organization policies and procedures, legal compliance and alignment with market best practices
- Design, manage and review the recruitment and selection process, sourcing plans and approve in total remuneration in order to fill vacancies according to defined manpower requirements
- Develop, review and recommend the total remuneration policies/ practices to reflect the competitive market practices and/or government benefit programs that could impact the company
- Establish development measures and appraise the performance of the team, Master and Chief Engineer
- Define the procedures, service standards and coordinate with the relevant parties to manage the embarkation/ disembarkation
and repatriation of shipboard staff
- Assess shipboard staff training needs to define and monitor the employee training and development programs by coordinating with Training center, include organizing the training programs according to safety requirements and brief/ debrief to all shipboard staff
- Analyze the separation reason and employee turnover statistics in order to collect useful information/ data to improve
employee retention. Handle exit interviews if necessary
- Handle company's rules & regulations enforcement and take disciplinary actions
- Manage and provide physical check-up to shipboard staff
- Review and select vendors/ suppliers for boiler suit, safety shoes, other uniforms, travel agencies, etc. for shipboard staff
- Manage and control shipboard staff expenses according to budget approval
- Participate in shipboard staff activities (both private and official) to create a harmonious working environment that
encourages communication and enhances trust-building between the employees and management


**Qualification**

- Bachelor degree in human resources management or organization development with minimum 3 years' experiences in
human resources, 3 years in management level and at least 2 years in maritime business
- Good command in English both speaking and writing
- Good command in computer skills
- Specific Knowledge & Skills: Hand on and possess strategic thinking,
service mind, work well in a cross-cultural environments. Knowledge in Labor Laws, IMO Convention, Maritime Laws
