สวัสดีครับ ทุกท่าน

หลังจากที่ผมแอบซุ่มอ่านหาความรู้ใน Webboard แห่งนี้มาระยะนึง เนื่องจากสนใจอยากทำงานบนเรือ มาก ๆ แต่ก็ยังเสียดายวิชาชีพเดิม ที่เคยเรียนมา ผมอายุ 26 จบ ป.ตรี วิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี สาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ ตอนนี้ทำงานเป็นโปรแกรมเมอร์มาได้ 1 ปี รู้สึกไม่ชอบงาน office เลยจริง ๆ

ผมก็เป็นคนหนึ่งที่เรียนต่างสาขามา แล้วมาทำงานเรือครับ ไม่ง่ายเลย ปัญหาตอนนี้คือ คนจบมามากกว่างานครับ ทั้งที่ผลิตจากมหาลัยของรัฐเอง และเอกชน ความสำคัญของการมาทำงานเรือจะอยู่ที่ประกาศนีบัตรแสดงความรู้ความสามารถในการทำงานเรือ หรือเรียกว่าตั๋ว ที่ไปสอบมาจากกรมเจ้าท่า  มีที่เรียนเยอะ คนก็จบมาเยอะ  อีกอย่างบริษัทใหญ่ ๆ น่าอยู่อย่าง Precious, จุฑา, Thorensen, RCL บริษัทพวกนี้เขาจะเลือกรับคนที่จบจากศูนย์ฝึกพาณิชย์นาวีเป็นหลักอยู่แล้วครับ ยากที่จะได้บริษัทเงินเดือนดี ๆ แต่ก็มีโอกาส งานเรือเป็นวงการที่แคบมาก มีไม่กี่สิบบริษัท ไม่เหมือนสายไอที - วิทย์คอม ที่ทุกบริษัทจำเป็นต้องมี ผมก็เป็นคนที่จบมาจากคอมพิวเตอร์เช่นเดียวกันแต่เบื่อนั่งหน้าคอมทั้งวันเลยมาลงเรือ แนะนำให้ลองเปลี่ยนเป็นสาย maintenance ก่อนครับ จะได้เดินทาง เพราะถ้าติดสินใจมาเรียนทางด้านเดินเรือแล้วจะมีค่าใช้จ่ายเยอะ อันดับแรกต้องเรียนเอาวุฒิการศึกษาทางเรือ อีกทั้งต้องมาฝึกงานหรือเก็บ sea service อบรมอีกเป็นสิบตัวสำหรับนายประจำเรือ ตัวละหนึ่งพันถึงเก้าพันบาท ขั้นตอนมากมาย จนมาถึงสอบตั๋วที่กรมเจ้าท่า ใช้เงินหลายบาทมากครับ ถ้าศึกษาและยอมรับความเสี่ยงที่จะเกิดขึ้นได้แล้ว ก็ลองมาเรียนดู ผมเห็นตอนนี้คนได้ตั๋วกันมา (ตั๋วต้นหน sea going, นายประจำเรือกลเดินทะเลขนาดมากกว่า 500 ตันกรอส) ยังไปลงนายท้ายก็ยังเยอะแยะครับ ผมเห็นส่วนใหญ่เขามี connection ไม่ก็เรียนหลักสูตรที่เปิดมายาวนานอย่างหลักสูตร 5 ปีของศูนย์ฝึกพาณิชย์นาวี ถึงจะมีภาษีในการบริษัทเรือดี ๆ ในไทย อันนี้คือเรื่องจริงที่เกิดขึ้น ณ ปัจจุบันนี้
