Boarding Officer, Shipping Services

Responsibilities :-
•   To arrange a proper formality for vessel/crews to enter Thai ports and coordinate with concerned parties for smooth operations.
•   To notify vessel's movement to government agency and port terminals
•   To prepare vessel's entering, sailing, sign on, sign off, crew formality with government agency.
•   To update vessels/ principals/ terminals/ suppliers regarding vessel movements.
•   To develop relationship with authorities.
•   To look after crew's matters.
•   To cooperate work with Operations person-in-charge (PIC), time keeper, master and local authority.
•   To deal with frontline at pilot, habour, customs and berthing schedule.
•   To gather and provide all necessary of documents with master and update the vessel movement to Operation (PIC) daily.
•   Responsible to comply with the GAC Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) Policy and GAC HSSE Manual procedures respecting industrial and personal safety and environmental precautions, always giving consideration to the safety of yourself and others.
AQualifications:
•   Have work experience as boarding officer.
•   Able to communicate in English.
•   Computer literate with emphasis on MS Office.
