Ship Operation Manager

Responsibilities:
- Closely monitor the vessel movement at sea and in port and give instructions to Masters.
- Issue coastal schedule and recovery plan to internal & external parties.
- Recommend the service for continuous operational improvement.
- Verify and report weekly vessel operation.
- Consider bunker supply planning and approve bunker quantity.
- Supervise the special cargo and COD (Change of Destination) request.
- Recommend safe maximum utilization the vessel and approve cargo stowage plan in accordance with IMO and port regulations.
- Support, provide planning and commercial teams for VOC (FIO costs) of project feasibility study.
- In-charge chartering related to service in-charge, where required.
- Recover operation claims.

Qualifications:
- Master mariner minimum 3 years working experience in container ship.
- Good Command in English, Speak, reading & writing
- Strong in managerial operation task & cost saving
- Self-learning, functional skill and competency
