"UNIWISE OFFSHORE LIMITED" provides services on offshore supporting vessel business, including crew boat to support Petroleum Exploration and Production business in Thailand and neighboring countries.  Our clients are major oil exploration and production companies, i.e. CHEVRON, PTTEP and others.  We are looking for dynamic, high caliber and outstanding professional to join our team:-

HSQE Superintendent

Area of responsibilities:

•   Act as safety officer in professional level and secretary of the safety committee.
•   Conduct the incident investigations  with relevant department and providing final report to management
•   Draft and issue technical responses associated with safety cases such as fleet safety alert  and promulgate to the fleet.
•   Responsible for identifying, establishing, developing specific HSQE plans and procedures and implementing them.
•   Responsible to plan, promote and implement HSQE activities
•   Periodically scheduling and conducting office  and vessel HSQE inspections in all aspect required by  industry standard and the clients standard and improve the non-conformance findings to prevent the  incident.
•   Provide advice to the HSQE Manager on items of a critical nature requiring management intervention and communicate best HSQE practice and lessons learnt to  personnel.
•   Ensures that HSQE issues that are reported are followed up and corrective actions are implemented

Qualifications:   
   
•   Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or be able to registered as safety officer in professional level by Thai law
•   HSQE experience in the oil and gas industry would be an advantage
•   HSQE experience in audit and incident investigation with root cause analysis skills
•   Knowledge of Hazard Observation and  Behavioral Base Safety etc.
•   Enthusiastic ,good interpersonal skill with positive attitude to dealing with people
•   Able to travel to visit vessel in an uncertain schedule basis
•   Good analytical skills
•   Good communication skill in English speaking and writing
•   Good skill in computer program MS Office etc.
•   Working location at Songkhla province


Technical Superintendent

Area of Responsibilities:

•   Responsible for smooth and effective safe operation of owned, managed, and third party Crew boats
•   Ensure that all Technical/Operations and regulatory obligations are fully complied
•   Handle all technical & related vessel administration
•   Ensure smooth & effective crew boats operation in the Thailand Region
•   Liaise with all authorities in Thailand

Qualifications:

•   Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Marine Engineer or related fields
•   At least 7 years of experience as Chief Engineer with First Class Chief Engineer Certificate 
•   Good understanding of Class Survey Procedures
•   Working location at Songkhla province
