Basic Technical Competency and Qualification Requirements

- Holding at least 1 year sea time certificate Second Class Marine Engineer 750-3000 KW. Both National and Flag State certificates and minimum experienced in Oil tanker DWT > 20,000 ton
- Offshore experience in Mechanical Maintenance onboard Sailing Ship/FSO/FPSO minimum 5 years sea service.
- Competent in all kinds of critical equipment maintenance and operations such as steam boiler  steam turbines, cargo oil pumps , ballast pumps, fresh water generators, turbo alternator , IG system, IG blowers,  diesel generator etc.
- Knowledge and hands on experience in Crude Oil Tanker operation and maintenance systems.
- Familiar with Steam Boiler safety standards, operation and maintenance procedures.
- Able to operate and regulate boiler system including sub system and equipment.
- Competent in all kinds of utility or support system and equipment maintenance  such as air compressor, piping, valves, H-Vac ,Crane ,sewage system etc.
- Achieved advance oil tanker certificate.
- Achieved advance firefighting certificate.
- Achieved 4 Basic survival at sea certificate(STCW)
- Achieved Boiler Operation Training will be advantage. 
- Achieved turbine operation training will be advantage. 
- Knowledge and hands on experience in hydraulic system
