1. ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการแผนกลานตู้สินค้า (Asst.Yard Dept.Manager)
หน้าที่ : บริหารจัดการ ควบคุมการวางตู้สินค้า รวมถึงกำหนดขั้นตอนและควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรที่ขับเครื่องมือภายในลานวางตู้สินค้า
เน้น : ต้องมีประสบการณ์งานด้านลานตู้สินค้ามาอย่างน้อย 3 ปีขึ้นไป หรือเคยดำรงค์ตำแหน่ง Yard Suppervisor มาอย่างน้อย 1 ปีขึ้นไป

JOB Yard Manager

The Yard Manager will manage the container yard operations at the company's facilities; to ensure the safe, efficient and cost effective movement of cargo and equipment.

Essential Duties:

    Manage and coordinate terminal yard operations continually reviewing and initiating action to control the physical activities in a safe and cost effective manner. Ensuring yard planners and supervisors are meeting requirments.
    Manage yard planning to ensure all requirements are met for stacking and on terminal stowage of containers.
    Manage Yard Supervisors, equipment operators and yard clerks; Monitor operator assignment locations and jobs.
    Ensure all new employees undertake job proficieny assessment and training.
    Ensure compliance with the company HSE standards and procedures. Communicate information on Health and safety to staff and ensure all employees attend safety indoctrination and training programs. Ensure all staff follow all HSE procedures; immediately reporting discrepancies and taking corrective action. Ensure all accidents and incidents are immediately reported, investigated and corrective action taken.
    Conduct audits on work practices to identify and recommend changes.
    Function as yard planner and supervisor. Perform the positin duties and responsiblities as necessary to provide adequate coverage of functions.
    Ensure the needs of all customers, internal and external are balanced with proper priorities.
    Monitor and report dwell time of containers and chassis and take appropriate action to manage long stay equipment.
    Manage operations in accordance with budget and maintains cost and statistical analysis of yard operations for budgetary and planning activities, including but not limited to bench marking and the Performance Reporting Process (PRP).
    Actively pursue new customers.
    Other duties as assigned.
