เนื่องด้วย บริษัท พี.ไอ.เอ็น.เค. ขนส่งและการค้า จำกัด และบริษัทในเครือ ประกอบกิจการขนส่งสินค้าทางทะเลประเภทของเหลวในระวาง ผลิตภัณฑ์น้ำมัน และแก๊ส LPG. เขตการเดินเรือในประเทศ และใกล้ฝั่ง ปัจจุบันมีเรือในกองเรือทั้งหมด 15 ลำ เรือน้ำมัน 10 ลำให้บริการขนส่งกับ บมจ.ปตท และ บ. Shell บ.คาร์เทค เชฟลอน และเรือขนส่งแก๊สเหลวประเภท LPG. ให้กับ บมจ. ปตท. จำนวน 5 ลำ ต้องการบุคคลากรที่มีความรู้ความสามารถเข้ามาร่วมทำงานในตำแหน่งพนักงานเรือ ซึ่งมีคุณสมบัติตามข้อบังคับของกรมเจ้าท่า( ซึ่งในตอนนี้ บริษัท จะมีเรือ LPG จำนวน 2 ลำ จะวิ่งออกต่างประเทศ คือประเทศเวียดนามและกัมพูชา) ในตำแหน่งต่อไปนี้
1.   นายเรือ                7.  รองต้นกล
2.   ต้นเรือ                8.  นายช่างกล
3.   ต้นหนเรือน้ำมัน              9.  สรั่งกล
4.   ผู้ช่วยต้นเรือ            10.  ช่างน้ำมัน 3
5.   สรั่งปากเรือ            11.  นายท้าย 3
6.   ต้นกล               12.  สหโภชน์
มีปกเล่มและผ่านการอบรมมาครบทั้ง MLC,DSD,SA และ อบรมทบทวนพื้นฐาน4 หลักสูตร มาแล้วจะพิจารณา
เป็นพิเศษ และหากมีประสบการณ์เรือ LPG จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
อัตราค่าจ้างขึ้นกับ ปก.ที่ถืออยู่ไม่เท่ากัน แต่มีหลักประกันค่าเที่ยวที่ชัดเจนแน่นอน
(อัตราการจ้างเป็นไปตามมารฐานอัตราจ้างของสมาคมเจ้าของเรือไทย+ค่าไกลบ้าน)
