OPERATIONS COORDINATOR/ASSISTANT – Ship Agency Services (Tanker/Dry Bulk)
(Fresh Graduate with Good English is welcome)

Responsibilities
   To handle all operation issues which are linked between port, vessel, owner, charterer, boarding officer, and all parties concerned for smooth and fast turn-around of vessel.
   Communicate with principal, ensure follow Instruction, voyage order, and agency appointment properly and provide all necessary information required to principal.
   Communicate with master port authorities, and parties concerned for safe and smooth operation.
   Up-date job details e.g. actual information, ATA, ATD, and etc. In GAC agent.
   Coordinate closely with boarding officer for vessel's requirement and other issue.
   Cooperate with GAC HAC singapore (HUB) for funding process and using GAC ship program
   Review all suppliers' invoices before relaying to account of payment to vendors, suppliers or ports.
   Follow up vessel's funds and freight tax.
   Ensure all details in GAC agent are up to date.
   Coordinate with terminals to provide shore pass for crews and make hotel reservation for crew and visitors.
   Coordinate with internal for all owner matters.
   Coordinate with owner/ship manager for crew matters,
   Coordinate with customs clearance subcontractor and sender for shipments "SHIP's SPARE INTRANSIT".
   Prepare summary of estimated expense for delivery of owner matters services.
   Coordinate invoicing supervisor for making final disbursement.
   Send daily updates to principals.
   Coordinate with shipper/suppliers/consignee.
   Review all suppliers/vendors tariffs/service levels.
   Carry out spot check on company vehicles
   Coordinate with customer in preparing shipping documents.
   Prepare inward and outward shipping documents such as manifest, bill of lading, shipping order, delivery order, and etc.

Requirements:
   Fresh Graduate or with works experience in ship agency services/cargo operations – Tanker/Dry bulk.
   Able to work under pressure, tight schedule and flexible working hour.
   Good command of written and spoken English and computer literate.   
   Good works attitude and team spirit.
