OPERATIONS MANAGER, SHIP AGENCY SERVICES


Responsibilities : 
   In charge of all operational matters involving Tankers, dry cargo, projects, etc and ensure we deliver high standards of services to customer with complying internal/external HSSE regulation.
   To manage in a high pressure and changing environment the demands from both internal and external customer with solutions services.
   To implement and ensure continual improvement of Standard Operations Procedure (SOP) for each Key Account Customer and work closely with operational colleagues and subcontractors whom are also involved with the specific Key Account Customers with GAC services satisfaction.
   By maintaining high standards of service, communication and following SOPs, maintain our commitment of service to our customers and ensure retention of business, to increase market share and improve results.
   To oversee all vessel operations (Tankers, Dry bulk, Offshore & others) to achieve department KPIs.
   To ensure all operational messages are replied within reasonable time by the operational colleague and all reporting to the customer is done in a timely and accurate fashion, meeting the set KPIs.
   Coordinating and managing communication between the customer, the contractors/supplier and GAC colleagues by optimizing terms with suppliers and get competitive quote thereby increasing the profitability and customer satisfaction.
   Ensure all HSSE, FCPA, Anti corruption and   other GAC/Customer specified rules and regulation are met within department by ensuring staff is well briefed and educated on the regulations.
   Preparing and submitting quotations to customers. And also follow up on the debtors   together with other colleagues to ensure that all quotations are correct and in the proper GAC format. In event quotation is delegated to other staff to ensure the correctness.
   To suggest and advise the effectiveness and proper mode of services to meet and exceed the customer's requirements and needs to achieve customer satisfaction and optimize the KPI under CSF1.
Requirements: 
   Thai nationality, good command of written and spoken English, experience in ship agency services
   Good interpersonal communication and problem solving skills
   Ability to work under pressure and tight dateline.
   Positive attitude with team spirit and computer literate
