Position: Marine Logistic Representative
Type: Permanent
Location: BKK
Job Descriptions


1) Act as marine advisor and responsible for:
•   Conducting on-hire, off-hire and coordinate on annual audits of all vessels as per Offshore Vessel Inspection Database (OVID) requirements including follow up and close out of observations.
•   Conduct suitability inspections for all type of offshore vessels directly charter by Supply Chain Management  (SCM) Department
•   Conducting quarterly visit to all vessels focusing on reinforcing Safety Culture, Operational Excellence, promote/conduct BBS observation, promote tenets of operations, safety equipment inspection, conduct random fuel check, and witness fire and emergency drills.
•   Conducting annual HESM safety audit on all vessels.
•   Keep current and enforce marine safety standard and implement any changes in regulatory compliance for marine vessels.

2) Responsible for marine crews safety orientation and training focusing on HES standards and requirements in support of Operational Excellence in all aspects of marine logistics operations consistent with management processes including:
•   Safety training, Hazob and Near Miss, Incident Investigation and reporting, emergency preparedness and response, and spill reporting and response.
•   Deployment of BBS program.  Monitor and track safety performance.
•   Deployment of Marine SOP's,  Marine Safety Notice (MSN),  Marine Safety Flash

3) Monitor and track BBS, Hazob, and Near Miss reporting and follow up actions till closed out. 

4) Act as HES expert for logistics marine incidents investigation, lead IIR, root cause analysis, corrective action and preventive action plan.

5) Daily monitoring of vessel performance to insure safety, environment, regulatory issues are monitored, brought up and addressed. 

6) Provide feedback and recommendation to marine logistics team and  category manager on vessels service quality issues.

7) Responsible for inspection and certification program including repairs of company owned marine equipment for supporting rig moves and vessels and barge anchoring.

8) Other duties as assigned by  Marine Manager.

Required Qualifications
•   Be a Master Mariner (at least 2 years in command) or Classification (IACS)Surveyor (at least 4 years experience)
•   Experience working with Oil & Gas industry and Offshore operations is preferred
•   Good technical knowledge of AHTS, PSV and Crew boats and sound technical knowledge on marine offshore business
•   Good English communication skill. TOEIC Score at least 750 or above
•   Be able to frequent travel to Sattahip, Songkhla and Offshore Locations
